“ Our first time but not our last! As newly minted Tennesseans here in Murfreesboro we’re scouting out where our “go to “ local restaurants will be. Joanie’s will be on that list! The food is all house made and very good, with a presentation that really makes it shine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting too, where you come on in and grab a seat. When you’re ready to order (no rush) just mosey up to the counter. Free WiFi adds to the likelihood that I’ll spend some time here during the afternoons for a coffee and pastries too. ”

“ Joanie’s is a hidden gem! I ordered the honey lavender latte and it was every bit as dreamy as it sounds. Smooth, subtly floral, and just the right amount of sweet. The avocado toast was delicious with the fried egg on top (wish it would have had a little runny yolk but not a deal breaker). It had crispy edges, creamy avocado, fresh greens, and it was perfectly seasoned. My son got the mango peach tea and it was really good. Very refreshing! The vibe is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere. Highly recommend for a chill morning or brunch stop. I’ll definitely be back! ”
